Storyline
When Tafiti, a young meerkat, meets Bristles, the wild pig, she knows they can’t be friends. “Meerkats keep their own!” is what Grandpa has always told her, for life in the wilderness is full of dangers. But when Bristles is attacked by an eagle, it is Tafiti who rushes to his rescue. In desperate search for a friend, the funny wild pig follows Tafiti home, inadvertently causing an unfortunate accident: Tafiti’s grandfather is bitten by a deadly poisonous snake. Only a mythical desert flower can save him. Tafiti sets out on a dangerous journey to find the flower, convinced that he must do it alone. It’s up to Bristles to prove that adventures are always better with friends!
