Storyline

12-year-old Ida is not afraid of great heights; her father was once a well-know mountaineer – but he now runs a go-cart business in Copenhagen. Ida has inherited her father’s talent and eagerly climbs every water tower she claps her eyes on – although her parents have expressly forbidden her to do so. Her two friends – Sebastian and Jonas – are rather envious of Ida for having such a cool Dad; they are also quite potty about her. One day, Ida’s Dad falls ill and both love-sick boys declare their willingness to do anything to help Ida raise the money needed for a difficult operation – even if it means robbing a bank... Little do they know that that is exactly what Ida has in mind. The many obstacles they will have to overcome include a safe which is thirty metres off the ground, plus a safe combination that must be cracked; a couple of vicious guard dogs as well as the security guards themselves who will need to be distracted and, finally, there’s the bank manager – on no account must they fall into his hands... Equipped with some top-notch climbing tackle, a couple of borrowed gocarts – not to mention the courage of two passionate hearts each hoping to win Ida’s admiration – the trio set out on their dangerous mission to break into the world’s most impregnable vault and steal 1.5 million Danish krone from the CCT Bank.
